We design and build bespoke Kitting Trolleys used to assist manufacturing and assembly line operations. Using our Connect-A-tube pipe and joint system it is possible to quickly design and build very sturdy pieces of equipment. Kitting Trolleys assist the transport of components and sub-assemblies to and from production areas. This improves workflow and reduces overall handling requirements in the production cycle. We can design kitting trolleys and either supply as fully assembled and ready to use pieces of equipment or as loose components on a self assembly basis.

Connect-A-tube pipes are available in a range of different colours that allow users to construct trolleys that are easily identifiable on the factory floor. Stainless steel pipe is also available for clean room requirements. We also supply a full range of plastic storage boxes and tote bins that are used with our trolleys.   Contact us to discuss any applications you may have.
