Description

Radicon Series F Gearboxes are a series of in line shaft mounted helical gear units. Standard ratio’s are available from 5/1 to 100/1 in double reduction and from 100/1 to 360/1 in triple reduction. Motor powers are available up to 110kw with a maximum output torque of 16,500Nm. Series F gear units can be mounted with rubber torque bushes, torque arms, output flanges or output shafts as required. KIBO sleeves can also be fitted for quick and easy removal from the driven shaft. All Series F units can be fitted with any standard IEC motor of your choice or alternatively fitted with an input shaft.

There are 10 unit sizes F02, F03, F04, F05, F06, F07, F08, F09, F10, F11 and F12. All units are dimensionally interchangeable with other major manufacturers. This reduces downtime and expensive retrofitting costs. Motorised units can be fitted with a backstop if required. All units can be fitted with standard IEC frame motors.
