Pallet Conveyor Systems

Texam Limited design and supply pallet conveyors in a range of different widths and in modules that can be configured in to any overall length that is required. Rollers can be chain driven, belt driven or motorised rollers can be used depending on the application. The roller diameter, roller width and roller pitch are also carefully selected to suit the application requirements. Available options include side transfer units, pallet turntables and accumulation control. Travel speed is optional but normally between 3m / min and 15m / min.

Standard frames are manufactured in mild steel and finished with a tough powder coated paint surface. All rollers are BZP.

Our service includes site visits, system design, installation and CE Marking.
