Ball tables are used in the manual movement of products that require movement in all directions. They are often supplied as stand alone units or incorporated for use as part of a larger conveyor system. Items being conveyed must have a flat base.

Typical applications include manufacturing assembly lines, cargo mats, rotation machines and jigs.

We manufacture our tables to exact to customer requirements in any length x width required. Frames are manufactured from mild steel and finished with a powder coated paint. Ball units are then fixed in either a square or diamond pattern depending on the application requirements and the number of ball units fitted is calculated based on the base dimensions of the products being moved. We can also supply loose ball transfer units for customers who either want to build or need to maintain their own equipment.

Ball transfer units are avaiable in many different types, ball diameters and weight capacities. The type selected very much depends on the application and the surface hardness and rigidity of the base on the units to be moved.
