Description

Skatewheel conveyors  are a low cost method of moving light weight goods with a flat base and low centre of gravity. Goods can be manually pushed along the conveyor or allowed to run freely if the conveyor is declined slightly away from the loading end. Skatewheel conveyors are available in straight sections and curves to allow products to turn. We can supply skate wheel conveyors in any length and width required. Frames are manufactured from mild steel and finished with a powder coated paint surface. All frames are supplied with adjustable height of 200mm between the maximum and minimum heights required.

Typical applications for this product include order picking systems, general use within warehouses, and end of production line accumulation systems.

Skatewheels can be supplied in plastic c/w stainless steel bearings or BZP metal skatewheels. We also supply loose skatewheels in any quantity required.

Our range of expandable flexible conveyors can also be fitted with skatewheels as a standard option.
