Gravity roller conveyors are an ideal solution for conveying boxes and cartons with a flat base and low centre of gravity. Movement is attained by having the loading end of the conveyor slightly higher than the unloading end. The angle of decline on the conveyor system depends on the weight of the product and  the speed of movement that is required. Gravity conveyors provide a low cost and maintenance free solution for conveying products.

Standard options include a range of different roller diameters, roller pitches and roller widths. Rollers can be manufactured using plastic tube, mild steel or stainless steel tubes. Other options include speed control rollers, side guides and roller bends to turn product. Standard frames are constructed using mild steel with a powder coated paint finish. All of our conveyors are supplied with a height adjustment range of 200mm. We can also supply stainless steel frames and rollers if required.

Typical applications for gravity roller conveyors include general conveying within warehouses, order picking systems and simple assembly line processes.
