Clean-Geartech are a division of Hydro-Mec, who are an innovative manufacturer of geared motors. Clean-Geartech stainless steel gearboxes and motors are high quality and improve the hygiene of any industrial process.
I Series full stainless steel gearboxes are IP69K certified to offer the very best solution for any geared motor requirement where hygiene requirements are a priority. They are capable of resisting the toughest corrosive alkaline or acidic sanitation processes and high pressure or steam wash-down procedures. The units will not corrode over time and the stainless steel hollow bore allows quick removal if required. Clean-Geartech stainless steel gearboxes are available in six sizes, ranging from 14mm to 42mm output bore, and a wide range of input and output options. They are rated up to 651Nm output torque, 4kW motor input, 7000N admissible radial loads. Stainless steel gearboxes are available from 5 to 100:1 ratio. Clean-Geartech stainless steel worm gearboxes and geared motors are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.
Clean-Geartech Stainless Steel Worm Gearbox I series
Clean-Geartech Z Series aluminium worm gearboxes have a special hygienic design smooth surface. They offer higher corrosion resistance than a standard aluminium worm gearbox. These are perfect for applications where the geared motor is exposed to standard cleaning procedures it avoids deposits that could occur in cooling ribs of a standard worm gearbox. They have been designed with A NTT surface treatment. This is a special treatment that results in a complex non corrosive surface that has not been painted or treated with any other substance that could peel off. The IP69k rating means that the units can be washed and cleaned with both high pressure water (100bar) and high temperature (80C) water. Clean-Geartech Z Series aluminium worm gearboxes are available from 5 to 100:1 ratio. They are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty
Clean-Geartech Aluminium Gearbox
Clean-Geartech stainless steel motors are fully constructed from AISI 316L stainless steel. They have a completely smooth surface with a laser engraved nameplate and stainless steel cable gland. Clean-Geartech stainless steel electric motors provide exceptional resistance to corrosion and provide a reliable, durable solution for applications where hygiene is essential. IE3 premium efficiency and inverter rated without the need for and external cooling fan. IP69K. Available in 4 Pole 0.18kW – 1.5kW, 230/400v Three Phase, 50Hz. IE3 efficiency above 0.75kW. B14 mounting flanges.
Clean-Geartech Stainless Steel Premium Motors
Clean-Geartech aluminium motors are completely smooth bodied motors. These motors are totally enclosed without the traditional cooling fins. The surface is treated with an innovative ‘Hi-Clean’ coating which prevents build-up of deposits and is resistant to wash-down and aggressive agents. Clean-Geartech aluminium motors are a cost effective alternative to full stainless steel where the application and hygiene procedures allow it. Available in 4 Pole 0.18kW – 1.5kW, 230/400v Three Phase, 50Hz. IE3 efficiency above 0.75kW. B14 mounting flanges.
